About 365x Scale Up Program

The 365x Scale Up Program is a business enhancer for Software and IoT startup companies in collaboration with Microsoft, Prodware Group and Tech Data. 365x prepares companies for exponential growth. Together with our Coaches and Mentors, the companies scale up their business, align with market needs and engage with targeted customers and channels with the support of our Strategic Partners.
The Scale Up Program supports startup companies with initial revenues and customers in their international deployment.

Sales and Business Development Executive

 

Job brief

365x Business Accelerator is looking for a program manager to join our team of professionals in our new office located in Haifa/Tel Aviv/Kfar Saba. The accelerator manager will be responsible for the Planning and coordination of the accelerator program and its activities, Initiating and setting goals according to the strategic objectives of the organization. The program manager will manage daily operations and inform on progress and performance. The candidate must have a strategic mindset as well as being able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goals are to ensure that the accelerator program will be delivered successfully and to add the highest possible value to the program. The Program Manager will keep the relations with the startups and the ecosystem (Coaches, Mentors, Partners etc.) throughout the program, making sure the objectives of the program are met. This individual reports to the COO with direct work relation with the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Own and hit/exceed sales targets
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses and building processes ready to be replicated
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Market knowledge
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Full proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Full proficiency in English and Hebrew
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Experience in corporate innovations services is a plus

  • Supervise budgets and operations
  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
  • Supervise and manage all project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
  • Communicate and touch base with all relevant parties in the ecosystem
  • Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Organize marketing for the batch
  • In charge of marketing campaign for call for application
  • Manage the organization of events

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
  • Knowledge of program management and development procedures
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
  • Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
